1296p Extreme HDThe MiVue Drive 65 LM offers excellent quality recording with Extreme HD resolution at 30 frames per second. If you are looking for a dash cam to have proof of what really happened on the road, 1296p (Extreme HD quality) ensures you have crystal-clear quality video. Don’t forget to check the “Frames per Second” (fps) though. This number is also important, because the higher the rate of Frames Per Second, the smoother the video motion will appear. Full-motion video usually has 30 fps or an even higher rate.
Wide viewing angle - 140° wide-angle lensThe wider the viewing angle, the more details you’ll capture in front of you and around your car. The higher the number, the wider the angle and the more ground is covered.
Bright F1.8 glass lensThe MiVue Drive 65 LM comes with a glass lens and a F1.8 aperture. A glass lens ensures more clear video quality, than a plastic lens can ever offer. When you hit the shutter release button to take a picture with a camera, a hole in the lens opens up to allow light to hit the image sensor. The size of that hole is called the “aperture”. These numbers actually represent fractions, therefore the smaller the number the bigger the aperture and the more light gets in. So you want to look for a small numbered aperture, which means more light and better recording quality. F1.8 is one of the smallest numbers, letting in more light and hence offering the best video quality.
Lifetime Map Updates & Lifetime Safety Camera UpdatesThe MiVue Drive 65 LM comes with Lifetime Map Updates, so you never have to worry about new maps or road changes anymore. In addition to the maps, also safety camera* data is included for the lifetime of your device, so you’ll always know where to drive e
Advanced Drivers Assistance System (ADAS)A feature in the MiVue Drive 65 LM to help drivers stays safe on the road is ADAS, which is short for Advanced Drivers Assistance System. The two prominent features in ADAS of today are the Forward Collision Warning System (FCWS) and the Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS). These two features add great safety value to a dash cam as LDWS warns the driver in case the car moves out of its lane. And if the distance between one car and the one in front of them decreases, the FCWS gives a warning as well.
IQ Routes™IQ Routes™ uses real-life information collected from millions of drivers to optimise the route that is calculated: giving you the optimal way, any time of day. The enhanced LearnMe Pro™ monitors and learns your driving style, providing you with personalised routes to suit your preferences. You will see the improvement in your routes and estimated time of arrival on the screen.
Built-in TMC & Bluetooth®With the TMC technology the latest traffic and travel information is delivered directly into your device. When combined with a Bluetooth® enabled mobile phone, MiVue Drive 65 LM allows you to keep your hands safely on the wheel whenever you're on the phone. It automatically switches from navigation to phone mode every time you receive a call.
3-Axis G-SensorThe G-sensor “feels” it when there is a shock or a sudden movement. It’s triggered when a collision occurs from any direction (including from rear of the vehicle) and ensures that the dash cam saves this moment immediately in a different folder named “event folder”. It takes 10 seconds before the impact and 10 seconds after and anything saved in this folder will not be recorded over, so you will always have proof of what really happened at the moment of impact. So whether it’s a big or small accident, the G-sensor will sense it and save the moment.
MiVue ManagerWhen you get home you’ll be able to play back your drive on the MiVue Manager desktop software. It’s an easy to use program, compatible with both PC and Mac and allows you to see your route, with an added Google map overlay of video, and all interesting facts about your drive, such as direction and G-force analysis if there has been an accident. You can export the file of collision information, share your route on social media and get your Safety camera updates. *Windows XP or later. MAC OSX 10.7 or later.
