Delivery
  1. The costs of delivery shall be borne by the Buyer. The delivery takes place at the moment the Goods are taken from the Company's warehouses. The risk is transferred at the same time.
  2. Notwithstanding the method of delivery, the Buyer shall carefully examine the Goods on receipt of the same and any quality or quantity claims must be made in writing immediately after the Buyer learns of the defect and in any event not later than three working days after the date of delivery. The Company shall only be liable to repair and replace the Goods at its discretion upon return of the damaged Goods to the Company.
  3. The Company will use reasonably commercial endeavours to deliver the Goods in accordance with any time stated in the contract, but any delivery date stated is an estimate only and the time of delivery shall not be of essence to the contract and the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer as a result of any delay whether due to negligence by the Company, its agents or otherwise whatsoever.

Unforeseeable course of events
  1. The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in carrying out its obligations when caused only or partly by reason of act of God, delay in transportation, labour disputes, fire, flood, war whether declared or not, accidents, government action, inability to obtain adequate labour, materials, manufacture facilities or energy or any other cause beyond the Company’s control or that of its servants or agents.
    Under these circumstances, the Company may cancel or suspend the whole or any part of the contact without any liability to the Buyer.

Right of cancellation
  1. The User is entitled to cancel his professed intentions to conclude the contract within one week following receipt of the goods. The cancellation does not have to contain any reasons, and must be declared in text form or by returning the goods to the vendor; a punctual return will ensure that the deadline is met.
  2. When exercising the right of cancellation, the User shall be obliged to return the goods, if they can be transported in a parcel. When exercising the right of cancellation the User shall pay the costs of return, unless the goods delivered did not correspond to the goods ordered.
    In case of navigation or other software there shall be no right of cancellation if the User has opened the protective sleeve of the CD(s) supplied, thereby breaking the seal of the data carrier (the CD).
    In case of license keys, there shall be no right of cancellation as soon as the User has confirmed his purchase.
